LAUP - Extension of a day-care center with apartments and parallel use

This day-care center, realized by Teamwerk three years ago, was planned from the start for future expansion and addition of residential units. After half a year of planning, the approval permit for the project, which was funded as a flagship project by the state of Baden-Württemberg, could now be submitted. In addition to the two-story extension with apartments for families and singles, there are several so-called "mehrraum" units in the building that can be used by residents and external groups depending on the day and time. The design of the facade is based on the wooden facade of the existing building. Start of construction is planned for 2022.
